Cuban has broken the three major rules of insider trading:

First, he traded on what is clearly insider information; a serious SEC violation.

Second, he got caught red-handed.

Third, he’s picking a fight with the SEC. Bad move!!

He might want to get some pointers from Martha Stewart on how to get along in prison.
