Customer service and taking care of the employees who have made this company what it is today has been erased from the minds of the AT&T executive officers. Profits before people should be the new company motto!

Profits may be up, but the disorganization in customer service is way up too. I experienced different answers to problems each time I called. Right hand does NOT know what the left hand is doing.

Great profits..terrible company to work for...13 billion in profits for 2007 and they remove everything out the breakrooms besides the fridge and microwave..no paper plates..oh they also turned the hot water to barely above room temp. Glad i left with the current exodus of former cingular employees.
