Yahoo needs help with their email big time especially with their premium customers which have no better service than gmail clients who don’t pay.

Microsoft buys Yahoo to compete with google. Then get an auction site going to compete with eBay. I would be a fan of both.

31 dollars a share is very fair. The stock was trading at 19.42 at the time of the offer, and most takeovers offer only a 30% premium. Microsoft will take them over, and shareholders will be better off.
