Old media meets empowered customers
In his latest column, Fortune’s David Kirkpatrick says that the key question for the future of the media business is how to integrate user-generated “amateur” content with that produced by the mainstream old media.

Thanks for the great summary of this event David. It is interesting to see how views in Europe differ and are in some cases, leading the way. For us, in the Valley, reading reviews on conferences like this that we can not travel to is very valuable.
