		<description>&quot;New levels of excellence&quot; in customer service.  Unfortunately, his interpretation of excellence does not comport with what I think most people understand excellence to be.  The city cut my cable line a few weeks ago.  I called Comcast to send someone out.  got some call bank in somewhere up north and could not get anyone to take my call after hours of trying.  Had to fix the cable myself.  I only use cable for phone and internet.  

This, my friends, is not excellence.  One customer, and several others in the coming months, lost forever.</description>
