They have not lowered anything, in fact the Final Value Fees Quadruple the cost of listing an item for sale on this venue. That coupled with Seller's be FORCED to leave a Buyer positive Feedback, with no other option, has angered the selling community to the point of mutiny. If you check any of the public forums on the site, you will see that every discussion board is dominated by upset sellers. Petitions are being drafted, other venues are being looked at in numbers that stagger the imagination. I have been a member there since the company's inception, I have weathered all the changes, some good some bad. But this one takes the cake!
